I do not recommend using standard photo frames for your artwork, as they are not designed for pastel drawings and often contain non-archival materials that will damage your artwork over time.
Proper framing is essential to ensure your artwork will be properly protected from the elements. Pastel drawings must be framed behind glass.
I am happy to provide in-house, archival framing for your artworks using preloved vintage wood frames and new, archival materials. If you’re interested in this option, I would be happy to discuss my available frame options with you. At an additional $50–$100 (depending on artwork and frame size), this would definitely be the most economical option for you.
Otherwise, I can outsource custom framing from a third party, and can provide a quote for you based on the size of your commissioned piece.

My turnaround time is generally 2–3 months, but can vary depending on the time of year and my availability. If you are hoping to receive your artwork by a specific date, please ensure you put in a request at least 6 months ahead of time.
Thank you for your patience!

Currently, I am only taking commissions for landscape drawings, in oil pastel on paper and in my style.
I’m not taking commissions for pet portraits, paintings on canvas, abstract work or other.
